It's loud, busy and full of love (and good food!) And I wouldn't have it any other way.
I'm Ally - a wife, mom, chef and baker. Six years ago, we adopted a vegan lifestyle, I took everything I'd been taught about food and turned it upside down. Out went the meat, and in came the veggies. Out went traditional dairy (which as it turns out, both my kids are allergic to anyway), and in came plant-based sources of all our milk and cheese-laden favorites. And eggs? We prefer to let them become chicks. Together we've found a whole new way to look at what we eat - and where it comes from.
Our path to eating vegan is an ongoing journey focused on creating great looking and tasting dishes that are kind to our bodies and our planet. From clean, organic plant-based meals to vegan versions of classic comfort foods and treats; private/public cooking lessons to buying our prepared foods, there's something here for everyone...and I'm excited to share it all with you.
